Hey I checked and it is set to UTF-8

Hi, I'm using / ACS AEM Commons / Reports / Page Report and when I export the report, I am getting question marks instead of the Asian characters.  I have tried the 1. Open blank excel2. data > from text/csv 3. set File Origin to UTF-8 4. Click load Any help would be great!  

Hey I was trying to create a report that has if the page has been published or is in draft, also the language of the page. How can I do that? I tried creating a copy of the page report and adding in jcr:content/cq:language but no joy.
