Report export is showing ? instead of asian characters

Hi,

I'm using / ACS AEM Commons / Reports / Page Report and when I export the report, I am getting question marks instead of the Asian characters.

I have tried the

1. Open blank excel

2. data > from text/csv

3. set File Origin to UTF-8

4. Click load

Any help would be great!

Make sure the encoding is set correctly at the above config. Also, check error.log when report is generated
