I agree with all the comments here – people are revolting against having to dig up creative briefs that they submitted as custom forms. It's an adoption barrier and could be an easy fix to what looks like a common problem.

I'd add that another way to approach this would be to provide default report categories – such as, "Marketing Team Reports" and "Finance Reports" and "Time Tracking Reports." This would make the organizational rollout of Workfront much more turnkey.

It looks like there are 2.5 years' worth of comments on this idea since it was first opened. Great to see that it's planned... when can we expect it?

I'm always amazed at the amount of software and functionality in Workfront, but the biggest area of limitation is in the display of Custom Forms, Reports and Dashboards.
