@jearnest is this happening for all PNGs? any specific folder path or everywhere? What is the AEM version you are using?

@SebasRios34  Can you please check if the group has any users assigned to it? You can re-assign your user to group and try this again.

@rsl_lucky I see same article available for AEM 6.5 here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/experience-manager/6-5/assets/using/assets-offloading-best-practices.html You might want to reach Adobe Daycare or your CSM to understand the path forward. The 6.4 and 6.5 documents are contradictory. 

@manpreetk908 AEM OOTB Move has a limited no. of asset support. While ACS commons is an open source utility to help with bulk operations.I would recommend you disable the DAM Update Asset Workflow first and then try MCP Tools on 10-20k assets at a time. This will save alot of time and manual effort....

@Manpreetkaur908 The error talks about a failed scriptHave you customized the lightbox or this is OOTB lightboxassetcount.jsp?Can you check any gaps in code to understand why the file BundledScriptServlet.java, line 82 is not working as expected?
