I tried the changes you suggested and also noticed I had checkBoxThree mis-capitalized in the 'else' statement. I fixed all that and it still doesn't hide the subform  if the user deletes the content from the text field.Thanks,MDawn

I'm trying to use a button to add a subform. I know I need to have the repeating subform Flowed (which I've done) and I know I need to set the Repeat subform for each data item to Min 1.
