the reason is probably that it doesnt bind correctly with your smpp host, eg the connection works as such but in the process of binding it doesnt work and your SMS ends up as pending

I think you have the same problem as we had, contacted support and they solved this issue with fcm token not getting registered properly in ACS mobile application

Hi @Ryan_Morales , yes it was resolved by the support team after a while, i am not sure on what was done though but it was done in backend

Hi, do you see the ecid, push platform etc except the registrationToken under  the mobile app subsribers tab in ACS? If so i suggest you go ahead and log a support ticket, thats how our issue got resolved. No idea what was done, that information was not shared.
