Hi,I have a campaign Delivery setup. When I ran the workflow, everything ran fine but Delivery status is showing as Personalization Pending. What could be the reason for this and how to fix this.Thanks,Saurabh
Campaign Classic. Actually the logs showed after some time. I think the sync between MTA and a campaign took time, that’s why the logs were not showing up. Thank you replying.
Hi,We have an email delivery for which we sent proofs using "Substitution of Email Address". We clicked on Analyze and it gave 3 warnings. Warnings were ignored and Send button was clickedThe status of Proofs is in Pending and proofs are not being delivered.Any thoughts on how to resolve this?Thanks...
