We are still seeing this issue: Fixed an issue which could prevent non-administrator users from saving or scheduling reports. (CAMP-31133)Our Prod and Staging show Adobe Campaign v19.2 build 10537

We have over 300 users in about 25 security groups. Is there anyway to limit whose report people can see/edit? We are having issues where people are deleting reports that others created and are scheduled, etc. I dont see reports as a role in the group settings.

We do not use AEM. We create templates in Adobe Standard Campaign or just start and Email and build from scratch.I did a test and deleting this code       <meta class "nl-dce-fragment" data-nl-name="EmailUrlBase">does make the anchors work properly.However what is the ramifications of deleting this ...

That does not work because it does not show anchors as links in the tracking area.

It does not show in the links area as a "link" so I can't turn off the tracking. What do you mean by "synchronized"?

Does this work for standard? This page is for classic and I dont remember seeing "personalization" blocks. I did create the info as a fragment but i dont see where I can force every email to use it.

i am not sure where to start but how can i create a global footer that would be added automatically to all emails and templates. This footer would only be editable by Admins - not standard users. We need it required and SUs would not be able to delete it.
