Any updates on this?? We have hundreds of thousands of duplicates and there doesn't see any way but manually handling them which is costing us WEEKS of work and frustration. We have normally over 1.5 million subscribers so this is a huge lift for us. Has anyone found a workaround?

I checked that box and even added a field but nothing is showing up bc it defaults to "No" to use in dynamic reporting and this area is not editable to change to Yes. In eeidbgsu screenshot above, it shows "Segments" with age ranges - but that is not showing up at all for us either.

I meant the Segment part and the "doable via workflow" that you mentioned. We are not seeing Segments in our reporting for Campaign at all. Is there something that needs to be turned on?

There are a few reasons that they could get this issue. 1. Are the security groups set up with these parameters? Prepare Deliveries Start Deliveries Workflow2. Is the email they are trying to create under a specific Program and does that folder have permissions for an Org Unit? If so, do they have the same permissions? Is the Program folder inside another Program folder and do they have the exact Org Unit access auth?3. Did you create a custom Email Type and are they using that or the OOTB email...

The code is not properly created. The should not be inside the tag and you had 2 tags. Also, when I add the MIRROR page option, it encodes it to work properly. Here is what I get in Adobe Campaign when adding a Mirror URL and it works in Outlook. hereHere is your code fixed to work properly. here.

It would be helpful if we could EDIT typology rules as per the INSTRUCTIONS that show that we can edit them...but you can't.

Permissions for Reports

We have over 300 users in about 25 security groups. Is there anyway to limit whose report people can see/edit? We are having issues where people are deleting reports that others created and are scheduled, etc. I dont see reports as a role in the group settings.

We do not use AEM. We create templates in Adobe Standard Campaign or just start and Email and build from scratch.I did a test and deleting this code does make the anchors work properly. However what is the ramifications of deleting this code? Will anything else break? Would it be ok to delete this from all templates?

That does not work because it does not show anchors as links in the tracking area.

It does not show in the links area as a "link" so I can't turn off the tracking. What do you mean by "synchronized"?

Does this work for standard? This page is for classic and I dont remember seeing "personalization" blocks. I did create the info as a fragment but i dont see where I can force every email to use it.

i am not sure where to start but how can i create a global footer that would be added automatically to all emails and templates. This footer would only be editable by Admins - not standard users. We need it required and SUs would not be able to delete it.

I have the test user in the Security Group "CGH". I renamed it to try to follow what the instructions here Adobe Campaign Help | Managing groups and users says to do but not sure it is connecting correctly. Security GroupAdmin Console

Thanks so much for all your help. I was confused on why the instructions said to have both items on the user myself. I am confused on the naming of the profile part. Should it be something like "Campaign Standard - cdc-mkt-stage1 - Geometrixx Clothes"? or does it need standard users in the name? "Campaign Standard - cdc-mkt-stage1 - Standard Users - Geometrixx Clothes" which gets really long and truncates on security groups ID.

i have assigned the product profile to the user in the console but i dont see a way to add a user to the security group inside campaign. I thought all of this was handled in the console? Here is the Security group and linked to relevant org unitMy test user has the Product Profile assigned to them.

I am having the same problem but I have followed all the steps. The one step above that is confusing to me is "Extend profile resource". Is this the Product Profile in the admin console? If so, I have that created as well. I followed these steps - Adobe Campaign Help | Organizational units - but the test user still sees everything. Here are screenshots. What am I missing?

I looked at the above and I have all of that added to my items but it still shows everything when the test user is logged in. Is there something we have to turn on for it to work or other settings?
