Have a workspace template option to be able and propagate updates made in a template to all and/or selected workspace projects that were created from the template.  We have close to 100 workspace projects that are practically identical. The only difference between these are just the segments applied...

When I currently add additional components on top of each other in workspace project, these behave as “and” clauses, since 0 counts return.  I would like to make these “or” clauses to join without having to create a segment.  Ref: Adobe Incident: 190924-000457
