Hi sumank2997425 ,Your query is more suited to Adobe Analytics forum (link below). Coming to your question, for future hits, you can use Processing Rules to set the correct value for your variable. Refer to the documentation on Cleaning up Values in a Report. For past data, you can create a sub-report using Classification variables to show correct values in your report. To delete the values, however, you will have to contact your Adobe Analytics consultant or reach out to the client care team.Ho...

Hi tushart16 ,Currently, Audience Manager doesn't have an S2S integration with Youtube. However, AAM can share segments to DBM (via S2S integration) and Adwords (RLSA pixel-based). Please contact google representative to see if you can use the segments from there to run ads on Youtube.Hope this helps.Best,Harish

Hi Muthu,Please find responses below in bold.Best,Harish- When we upload data into AAM, is there anyway to do the test first(i.e: upload test data first) and then prod data. I believe, we can create 2 different data sources(one for non-prod) and other one for Prod. If yes, how Data sources works in AAM. Will it differentiate based on DPID to identify the non-prod and prod data.Assuming that you're uploading offline data, you can have different data sources for prod and non-prod, but keep in mind...

Hi John,As you noticed, there are two ID syncs happening, Device ID sync with 20915 and Customer ID sync, which a cross-device data source created in your Audience Manager instance. In your scenario #3, if the CRM id is available, the CRM id sync should also fire, which means, you should see two ID sync calls being fired. Please review your implementation - is your CRM id is either only being exposed when the login happens; or do you not have the CRM id sync code implemented on app launch. Hope t...

Re: PII Data for AAM

Hi Rama,AAM doesn't allow or need PII data. The hashed ids that you onboard attributes against will be matched against hashed id captured during id sync call on your website, and the profiles are linked. For targeting platforms, some DSPs accept cookie ids/some accept hashed PII data also, depends on the DSP. AAM doesn't decrypt hashed data.Hope this helps. Thanks,Harish

Hi Vijay,Interesting question. Since you are using device profile only to qualify for your segment, the segment population being high isn't surprising. Suppose you're qualifying into a segment based on pageview on your homepage. All your homepage visitors get qualified into it (all have MID also, since visitor service would be active on your homepage). Now your segment let's say has 10,000 qualifications. If you export this segment, Adobe Campaign won't necessarily have contact information/mappi...

Hi Jignesh,Sorry for the delayed response on this. You can export user ids and traits/and or segments - you will have to reach out to your audience manager consultant for that as it can only be done in the backend. Secondly, it's possible that some "null", "undefined" or blank values were passed as customer id. Please review your id sync code to avoid such values. Thanks,Harish

Audience Manager is a robust data management platform that lets you build customer segments from first, second and third-party data sources. This helps advertisers in communicating the most relevant marketing messages to different segments, increase their media efficiency and improve customer experience. But to gain more insights about these individual segments, there are limitations to what Audience Manager can do within its instance. Enter Audience Analytics, a first of its kind, productized i...

Hi Jignesh,To answer your first question - you can export the cross-device data source used while creating the profile merge rule and see the ids. It's possible that since wordpress uses universal referencing methods, id sync code may be capturing admin login id as well. Second, yes the authenticated activity trend chard would show the number of users authenticating per day.Regards,Harish

Hi Glenn,You may want to try Adobe Audience Finder at the link below, here you can filter out data providers based on Countries, Industries & Mobile data. To verify if they have an ID sync in place though, you'll have to check each one.https://www.adobe-audience-finder.com/ Best,Harish

Hi Mandeep, It sounds like the rule is quite recent. You should see the active user % go down with time as your active userbase has a chance to go to your platform using their other devices. Let me know if you need further help.Regards,Harish

Hi,In that case, you could place the AAM script at the location where you have your other JS libraries and call it using script src tag. Additionally, if could you elaborate the usecase for this script that you're trying to add, we may be able to come up with more options. Regards,Harish

Hi luizam67085634 ,You could use a tag manager, such as DTM, Google, etc. to host the script and call it in your head section; or you can add call the script using script source tag, again in your head section.Using a tag manager is recommended as you don't have to edit your site code every time you have to make changes/add/remove multiple scripts.Regards,Harish

Please note that:Active People: The number of people who have authenticated to your site for the last 60-days. Hi Surbhi,In order to onboard segments from Krux, you will need to set up a data source with id-type based on data being ingested (cookie, cross-device or device id for android/ios). The data source id needs to be shared back with the Krux client. Krux may refer to this Data Source ID as "DPID_TARGET_DATA_OWNER" since that is how it is referenced in the AAM onboarding documentation. Prior to ingestion of data, you will need to create traits for segment ids provided by Krux, so that the data can ...

Hi Vijay,Data will be processed for the modified logic post the change, while earlier data will be retained. Upon modifying a trait expression, there may be users who no longer qualify for that trait, but they will still exist in the trait population until TTL is expired/cookie is deleted; while there will be new users who qualify based on the revised expression, and will get added to the total trait population. Re: Real time destinations with Profile Merge Rules

Hi Glenn,Among the three type of destinations, URL and cookie destinations are real-time. S2S destinations can be set up to receive data either in "near real-time" (2-min delay) or in batches, depending on the destination. Adobe Target (integrated via P&A) or legacy method can be considered real-time, along with other cookie or URL destinations. To summarize, Profile merge rules will work with S2S (real-time), URL & cookie destinations.Regards,Harish
