Hi there,I'd like to unpublish a landing page. But I can only see
"delete" within the "action" button. Is there a method to unpublish the
landing page but do not need to delete it?Also, when I check the
"properties" of the landing page. I found the "Status" is not editable,
it can only be "Online". Even though I set the End date to be an expired
day and the Status shows as "Unavailable", I could still open the
landing page correctly.Looking forward to your help! Thanks!Alger
Hi there,I met an issue when sending out emails via my personal server.I
set the server configuration per the guideline but still failed to send
out the email. (The SMTP server is installed, I can correctly
send/receive letters using methods other than Adobe.)The proof status is
stuck at "start pending".And below is my MTA setting for
MTA setting for my
Server version:Could anyone please provide some advice?
Thank you very much!
Thank you for the reply, Wodnicki! I have very limited knowledge to the
Message Center feature. Could I ask one more stupid question?Q: Do you
know where does the Adobe Campaign hold the actual live code? Is there
any place could I find the live code? In other words, once we published
a transactional message template, where does Adobe save the published
code? In a workflow?
Hi all,I'm now having a campaign set up in the "Message Center" using
the real-time data type (NmsRtEvent).My question is:If referencing a
personalization block in the HTML source of the campaign delivery
template,When I make code changes to the personalization block, will the
change be applied to the live message immediately?Or, would the changes
only take place when I hit the "publish" button on the dashboard? If the
personalization changes will only work after I published it via the
button on ...
Hi there,Does anyone know how to track the links in the "Offer engine"?I
tried using "Offer" contents, but find the links are not tracked when I
press "Display URLs" in the delivery template. However, when I check the
delivery tracking log, I see the links of the "Offer" contents are
tracked. Just, their URL labels are wrong. (Don't know how come the URL
labels, I never set them in the code or delivery template). Can someone
tell me how to change the URLs labels for the links in the "Offer"
Hi Vipul, thank you so much for the reply! It's good to know the correct
XML format. However, I'm still not able to call the variable. If using
the definition:When I try "<%= targetData.recip_type.code %>" in the
HTML source. The system just reminds me it is “undefined”. I should have
already previewed the code against the correct seed address.Currently, I
can only get the "recipient" data from the seed address correctly. And
not able to get the data from "additional data". I also added enrichmen...
Hi everyone,How could we call the variables set in the seed list?I tried
setting variables in the "Additional Data" tab of the seed addresses
like below:But I don't know how to use the variable in the HTML.I've
tried getting the variable by using
"message.seedMember.targetData.recip_type". Though the system doesn't
report any error, it just shows me "undefined" as the value of the
variable.Could anyone tell me how to use it?
Thank you, Amit,I just add the tracking param by hard-coding. Copy the
all the links' URLs and put them in the tag. And, could you tell me
where to insert the code you provided? I tried it in the HTML but it
didn't work.I can use "delivery.content.html.urlConfig.url" to locate
the object but just can't edit its value. Like shown, when I attempted
assigning a fixed value "ssss", the system just reminded me "the object
is read-only".For example:var nbUrls =
delivery.content.html.urlConfig.url.length; => nbUrls can get the count
delivery.content.html.urlConfig.url.guessedLabel; => Failed
Hi Amit,Your code works correctly in my test. I remember I once did so
and succeeded as well. But I just can't get it correct when setting the
links across multiple deliveries. Can you tell me more about the "URL
info table" you mentioned? And, we do have some "custom tracking codes"
in each link. Current links I set are usually formatted
as"https://BaseURL?marsLinkCategory=general:general&<%= tracking %>".
And the variable "tracking" refers to a long tracking info. So, the full
URL may be: Will t...
Hi Amit, thank you for sparing time looking into this issue.I've tried
re-open or re-create the delivery but with no luck to solve this
problem. For the issue I mentioned. The un-expected label is generated
because the same link is once set in an old delivery template.E.g. When
I set the label of "https://www.abc.com" in delivery "A" as "Test", and
then create a delivery "B" to include the same URL several days later.
This link's label will automatically generate as "Test" no matter what I
Hi Amit, sorry for the late reply and thank you so much for the answer.
I really appreciate it!I just have a further question on it:When I
trying adding the "_label" attribute to the links. The result
doesn't show what I'd like to see in the delivery interface. Please see
the example below:Though I set the "_label" to be "PreHeader", it still
reads "Pre-Header" (with an extra hyphen symbol) in the Adobe delivery
interface.I guess this is a cache problem, but I don't know how to solve
it. I don't want the final Label to be "Pre-Header" and need it to be
"PreHeader" as what I set in the HTML code.*I also checked the XML of
the delivery and found:The label I set in the HTML becomes the value of
the attribute "guessLabel" (in yellow). However, it is covered by the
value of "label" (in pink). But actually, I never set a value
"Pre-Header" in my delivery/code.Do you know why this problem happened
and what to do with it? Many thanks!
Hello,This question is about the "Delivery-Message tracking".I hope to
add some variables to the URL Labels to separate the duplicated named
links. So that, when there are multiple versions in one delivery, I
could segment the links for each version. But unfortunately that the
variables I added (such as "targetData.segmentCode) were regarded as a
"String". The variables' values won't be actually pulled through the
report. It is just read as "<%= targetData.segmentCode%> GIF Module", but
I would li...
