Hi @JanineHe1 ,If you want to create thumbnails based on the content of the PPT, I don't know tbh.However, I would suggest to have a generic thumbnail for all PPT files similar to zip files.

Hi, I would first check if the Asset Compute service is successfully connected or not. Could you go to Tools > Security > Adobe IMS Configurations > Asset Compute. Try to check the Health Status. If this works, then you might need to check logs for more details. Thanks!

This is OOTB asset selector and works pretty well.For some reason, if you can't work with it, then would suggest to use S7 API to preview images. Better performance, caching and much less load on AEM Author instance....
