Hi,Please use first touch channel= "banner" in your segment condition.Using the above would provide the scenarios where first visit of the user was via channel "banner" and then the corresponding visits via "banner" or "other channels".

This could be because of two reasons:The calculated metric is not shared with the current user using report builder. Ask admin/person who created calculated metric to share the same in calculated metric manager - Building MetricsThe Calculated metric might have been deleted.

yuanb​ : You could create here a event based rule with s.t() call in DTM if triggers any event while navigating to next action.Another approach can be creating a direct call rule with help of developer and assign adobe parameters to it (Create conditions for direct-call rules ). dorukk​ : Going through above rule, you have set evar0(tracking code) "equals" SEO brand but not "contains" ( Kindly ensure the value here exactly matches, otherwise rule would fail).Also there was highlighted error in Marketing channel manager SEO rule. Has that been resolved.Tip: Try in your dev suite with similar rules enabling last touch override setting for SEO.

Hi,Below steps may help you:1.) Go to adhoc analysis (Launch Ad Hoc Analysis )2.) Search for your report, break down by Device Type3.) Expand Table Builder4.) In Breakdowns column and show column, select the maximum levels keeping in mind 50,000 multiplication factor is a limit of breakdowns.5.) Click on Replace Table. The total Visits will be same throughout the tool, regardless of viewing any report. The individual line items sum total will some how differs for different custom reports based on the instances variables are set in the web site. Below link might be of help:Compare sum of line items to report total p.s. Best metric for a prop report would be instances for most of the root cause analysis, while for a few business cases, other traffic metrics also plays an important role.

m-hmh​ : Hi, yes that is indeed possible and pretty easy. You could follow the below steps:1.) Create a calculated metric by log in into SC and following Components-->> Calculated Metric. Apply formula Visits/Revenue2.) Go to Omniture/SC, and run the channels report if configured else could use referrer types report3.)
