If you click on Admin->SAINT classifications, please make "Import file" the default. I assume this is the most-used tab and it would save a click+reload everytime I access SAINT. But OMTR can certainly get the correct stats from the SiteCatalyst report about UI usage.

The current timeout for an external data reportlet in a dashboard seems to be 30s.If you pull live data from an external source this might be too short. Would be great if this could be increased. This would remove the need to pre-fetch and cache data for the external source.

To trend a selected keyword over time it takes almost 10 clicks. Please allow trending for a selected item in the ranked report, as you do for Pages, Exits/Downloads/Custom Links. This would be very time-saving.
