Can no longer log-in to Report Builder ioamaf - Adobe Analytics
Hi everyone,Is there anyone facing issues when trying to log in to Report Builder? This seems to be a recent problem as I was using it just fine last week by logging in via Experience Cloud. Yesterday however I got redirected to my company's auth system. After trying to log in through that I get a message saying 'Your user does not have access to any companies.' which cannot be correct as I can see my account has access to different enterprise accounts (both my company which is an Adobe partner ...

CTA Clicks do not match Previous Page report ioamaf - Adobe Analytics
Hi everyone, Writing here as I am out of ideas and maybe one of you experienced this issue as well. I have a Direct Call rule for CTAs clicked on a page and then a Previous Page prop populated on each page load. When I am trying to compare the clicks through from page A to page B to the page views to page B with A as a Previous Page the numbers do not match at all. The clicks are much lower and to me it does not make any sense. I have tested again all CTAs on the page and the tracking seems to be...

Adobe Analytics and GDPR ioamaf - Adobe Analytics
Hi all,We are trying to implement the opting out of cookies section on our website. After discussing with many of the team members I am still trying to understand how this will/should affect our tracking. As I understood, there is a regulation that says you cannot track a user without his consent, no matter if the tracking is not storing any personal data/ identifier and the actions are in this way not connecting to a person. This is something for the legal to clarify time but I would be grateful...

Re: Unspecified Values for Evars ioamaf - Adobe Analytics
Hey,Thanks for the suggestion! I have previously tested that and everything is fine. I think I have found the problem... It occurs when the users submits the form and then clicks on the 'back' browser button and then submits again.. the completion event fires only the first time. Thanks all for taking time and replying!Cheers,Ioana

Re: Unspecified Values for Evars ioamaf - Adobe Analytics
Hi Karandeep,I took you advice and used the instances instead. It seem like a great solution so far. However the number of forms completed does not match the total number of Instances... Any idea why that could be happening? Not a huge difference between the 2 but we still have to justify it.LE: the number of instances is higher. Thanks for the help, I finally got a new path to explore as I was really stuck.Best regards,Ioana M.

Unspecified Values for Evars ioamaf - Adobe Analytics
Hello,Recently I have added tracking to a new form implemented on my website. Basically there are a couple of options the user can select: model for a product, range, owner type etc. I have created separate evars for these options, each of them is being set up via a Direct Call Rule, with the information taken from the data layer.I have tested the Adobe Analytics calls with the available debuggers for both DTM and AA all looks clean and correct. However, when checking the data I get a lot of uns...

Breaking Down Props be each other ioamaf - Adobe Analytics
Hello!I am currently working on first Adobe Analytics implementation project and I am learning on the go... Everything went well so far (using data layer and DTM) but recently I have encountered an issue.I have several props set up through my website but I find it really problematic to break down one by another. For example: I have a prop that saved the name of the page/ the URL when the page is loading. And then, I have another prop that saves the URL of a certain CTA clicked on that page. When ...

How to capture time on page? ioamaf - Adobe Analytics
Hi All,I am trying to implement Adobe Analytics on a new website. The approach I am going for is by using a Data Layer and then DTM to set-up the tracking. However, I am not sure if I should include anything regarding the time spent on site/ page in this data layer? Are these metrics reported by default in the AA report suite? Or is there some additional development that needs to be done first?Thank you!
