even we assume that some script is sending the values in capital letters but how in the server call it is showing in lower case and when checked in adobe it's in the capital.I have even checked in data feed - pre and post. In both, it is showing in capital letters.

when product was addedd to a cart, the product string on PROD website was shown as " ;abc" in server call and "abc" was captured in product report for UAT reportsuite. However, when checked in the Production reportsuite, the product report shown "ABC".Note - No processing rule was added.

Yes, I am capturing the Page URL in eVar and I have checked the Orders against Page URL eVar. is it showing same result.

When we pulled the Page URL dimension against Orders metrics, we saw that there is 2-3 count against Home/Checkout Page URL which is not correct.As the count only suppose to show in front of Thank you Page.Please guide us.
