Identify facebook accidental click JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
HiSocial generally has a high bounce rate. However a fair chunk of this will be people accidentally clicking the ad when scrolling. Does any have an idea how we could quantify this using Adobe Analytics?

Re: Group visitors by number of times they visit a specific page JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Thanks Pablo but the segment you suggest won't give me what i want. In your example it could have been the 5th visit to the site but the first hit on the specified page.Essentially i want to group customers by how frequently they login in a time period i.e. this segment covers any visitor who has logged in (seen the homepage) between 3 & 4 times.

No unfortunately you can only use an out the box metric in a histogram.

Re: Group visitors by number of times they visit a specific page JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Hi UrsThanks for taking the time to reply. Your first suggestion is good for the minimum number of visits i.e. with the below logic it will give me visitors who have visited that page at least 3 times. However what it doesn't do is cap the visits. They may have visited another 10 times. {"visit-container page=homepage" then "visit-container page=homepage" then "visit-container page=homepage"}Can you think of a way that applies a max i.e. they visited a min 3 times and no more than 4.On your seco...

Group visitors by number of times they visit a specific page JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
HelloI am trying to create a segment which groups visitors by the number of times they visit a specific page. For example this group of visitors have seen our homepage on 3 separate visits.I have created the below segment but i worry that this is just saying they have seen the homepage at least once and have visited our site once or twice, those visits are not specifically tied to that page.Any suggestion on how i could build that segment?RegardsJoe

Delete all drop down list in workspace JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Good work on adding dropdowns to workspace. Would it be possible to add a X delete button to delete the whole dropdown list in one go. Currently the only way i can see to do it is open the dropdown and individually delete each item.

Re: Removed permission create workspace - WHY????? JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Thank you urs.boller i really appreciate you taking the time to review this.Unfortunately the removal of the permission creates real problems for us:!/ We have setup the product profiles so we have a set of profiles for report suite access and another set for tools access i.e. workspace. This means we can pick and choose report suites and individual tools we want users to have. We already adjust the dimensions available for agency staff which means we have to create a duplicate of the report su...

Re: Removed permission create workspace - WHY????? JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Thanks for the reply urs.boller we have migrated to the experience cloud. I have been through all the permission in the product profile for Analytics and i can see no option to making workspace read only. I can also find no reference to this in the articles you sent. The only related permissions i can find are 'Analysis Workspace Access' and 'Analysis Workspace - Save As Template'. What am i missing as struggle to see a read only option????Analytics Product Profile Permission ListServer Call Us...

Workspace - In table calculations JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
It would be great if you could create a calculation on the fly in a workspace table. For example if i had a column with quotes completed and a column of sales it would be good if i could click the 2 columns right click and create calculation of sales/quotes giving me a conversion rate.At the moment i would need to create a calculated metric and the segments it uses.

Bring back 'Login As User' JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
With the switch over to experience cloud admin console we have lost the ability as an admin to login as other users. This was an incredibly useful function to allow us to problem solve our users issues and test access levels. Please please can you return this functionality.

Workspace - Set As Landing Page For 'All' JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Following Ben & Jen's excellent idea at the Summit to create a central dashboard which links off to other workspace projects i created a workspace that acts as a central place for all our reporting. It allowed us to have a really nice front end which brought together all our reporting and self service tools into a single place.I wanted to make this the default landing page for all our users so they had access to everything in one place. However you can't set the landing page against the user gro...

Adjust fallout bar size JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
The bar charts in a fallout take up 2/3 of the size of the panel. This is ok when it is the full width of the screen. However when condensing the size it ends up leaving very little room for the dimension title but lots of wasted space in the bar chart. Either make the bar chart size adjustable or prioritise the dimension name when shrinking.

Re: Workspace wrap header text: global setting JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
The release information says the wrap feature will be set as default, however this doesn't appear to be the case. Would be great if selected as default.

Workspace Dashboard - Offline/Non Account Access JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
At the moment the only way for someone to access a workspace dashboard is for someone to be setup with Adobe Analytics access so they can login to the one dashboard. It would be good if it was possible to access the dashboard in a non logged in form. So you can give someone a link to the workspace which will show them a locked down version of the dashboard they are interested without the need to set them up with full access. This would be useful for more senior leaders within the business who do ...

Thanks Brandon, makes sense, it wasn't immediately clear you could do this, I was expecting to be able to have an option in the visualisation.

Workspace - Summary Change, Ability to reverse colouring JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Currently the summary change number visualisation in workspace is green for up and red for down. However sometimes down is good and would be helpful if you could reverse the colouring to show this. Otherwise you get a misleading red for down.

Workspace time range that mimics panel date range JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
If i am using a freeform table with my metrics on the top and the time range on the i can create a new time range to allow me to see metrics for specific periods. This is great for reports but can be time consuming when analysing data and i want to quickly check different ranges or want to quickly extract a number. It also clutters up the time menu with lots of random ranges i've created. It would be good if there was a report time frame which is whatever the date is set to in the top right of th...

Data Warehouse - Add Reporting Date To Request Manager JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
In the data warehouse if you setup a schedule it is not possible to see what date range the extract was setup to cover or the dimensions added. This can make it impossible to manage on older schedule unless you put all the details in the schedule name.It would be good if reporting date could be added to the request manager and there was a way to see what dimensions are being extracted.

Try in workspace - Security Issue JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Hi I have previously raised this point but it didn't get much attention. We are very keen to share workspace wider with our users however we want to do this in a controlled way using curated projects. We don't want all users to have complete un-curated access. We wouldn't give everyone access to ad-hoc and workspace is now more powerful. However we have found that users have found a way to bypass their access levels and create un-curated projects when they shouldn't be able to. They can do this ju...

Hi JenIt is our intention to turn off access to R&A for all our users in the very near future. We have recreated all the essential reporting you can do in R&A in a series of workspaces which have been shared with all our users.RegardsJoe

Allow page refresh to be turned off in workspace flows JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Currently the top journey of any page flow analysis is page refresh to page refresh. By allowing page refresh to be turned off you could then see the flow journey from one unique page to the next. This would also be the case for any other dimension such as search or page type.

Re: Segment - 6 or visits to a page in 12 months? JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Thanks Kaushalendra. That segment will show visitors visiting more than 6 times across our whole site but it is there a way to limit that down to say they have visited a specific page more than 6 times in 12 months?

Workspace - Curate dimensions but leave segments open JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Currently in workspace if you curate a project you have to select specific dimensions, metrics, segments and dates to include. What we would like to be able to do is curate a project to a specific dimension i.e. page but allow users to access any segment they wish.WHat would be even better is if you could just curate segments or metrics to any 'approved' ones.

Workspace - Non editable, full screen curate option (Dashboard View) JoeBlackwell - Adobe Analytics
Currently the default is for a workspace to open with the left hand menu in view and the visualizations in the right hand 2/3rds of the screen. When creating these workspaces as a dashboard for colleagues to login and view the menu is not needed and we may also not want them to be able to move anything around. It would be good if you can curate a version of the report that opens as a full screen without the left hand menu available. It would also be good if the dashboard can be completely locked ...
