I can tell you that #1 happens every time after exactly 15 minutes of inactivity. Basically the developer authentication tokens are invalidated after 15 minutes of inactivity so if you are accessing our server via the AccountManager API more frequently than 15 minutes your tokens will stay "active"....

Well, you are missing the full server-side application that deals with connecting, validating users, permissions, failover, etc. So if you remove all that from ScreenSharePublisher there isn't much left than starting and stopping a video stream.

LCCS doesn’t do anything to prompt you to select a devices or to find new devices. If the FlashPlayer list of devices is updated and correct you can read it using the standard ActionScript API and select the appropriate device.
