Re: Creating a Notification Workflow - Adobe Campaign Standard 15-02-2019
In your existing query step add additional data element. Click Add an Element and Enter the email address into the first field like this 'email@address.com' and then name it.Next create a reconciliation step. Under identification use your new additional data field element above for the source and @email address for the destination.Hope that helps, John

Re: Test mail not send. - Adobe Campaign Standard 14-02-2019
This may be the same issue we have been experiencing for months. You can have support reference TK171660. Does the log give you an IP error? If so, this maybe helpful. They have not found a way that I can fix it but there maybe a workflow that they can stop to fix the issue.John

Re: ACS - Transactional message - Adobe Campaign Standard 11-02-2019
I have had this issue in the past and it was because the targeting dimension wasn't Profile. It defaults to Real Time. It is on the first page when you hit the create button for the event. Unfortunately if it is wrong you will have to recreate it because it is not editable.John

Re: Predictive Subject Line - Subject Line Training - Adobe Campaign Standard 05-02-2019
Wow, that is a lot. Are you also getting an error message in your workflow like Vipul mentioned? I am also getting that message and I want to be assured that its not causing an issue."XML-110009 Unable to find the element 'runwf' of path '/' "

Re: French character encoding issue in subject message center - Adobe Campaign Standard 04-02-2019
We are using Adobe Campaign Standard and we are doing a normal send email and not a transactional email. We are not using the API. No we don't have to convert the subject to hexadecimal.

Re: French character encoding issue in subject message center - Adobe Campaign Standard 04-02-2019
We use French in the subject line without an issue. But we have run into cases that hidden values got passed in one of the spaces between words and it caused an error that would error out when doing a Test. You could test it by deleting all the spaces between words and then add them back. Here is our last French Subject Line for an email that went out last week: Comment pouvons-nous aider à implanter des mouvements partout?

Re: Adobe Campaign Standard Search be changed to non-exact match and non case specific - Adobe Campaign Standard 29-01-2019
FYI: We store all our email addresses in lower case as a work around.

Predictive Subject Line - Subject Line Training - Adobe Campaign Standard 24-01-2019
I have had the subject line training workflow running for about a year now. It has trained on 883 records and I am still seeing the message "The existing dataset is not enough to generate a model." I do get an error in the workflow every time it runs "XML-110009 Unable to find the element 'runwf' of path '/' (document with schema 'serverConf')". Has anyone got this to working with workflow training running over your emails, not bring in a model?John

Re: Adobe Campaign Standard after release 18.7 (Geographical Unit??) - Adobe Campaign Standard 01-08-2018
My organization is currently on 18.7 and we use both Organization and Geographical units. They are both available for use. I would log a support issue, sounds like a bug.John W
