@rajatkumar If you look closely, the msg is pointing to the caching
directory i.e /tmp/adobews_*/caching/Data/Replicated** so this issue is
specific to the GemFire DiskStore threshold. As the error message says
,'Critical Disk Usage' the first step should be to check if the system
has available space or not. If space is not available, delete some files
and restart the server. Previously, we have seen this issue raised by
other customers, and the following changes were suggested by Pivotal to
@ksh_ingole7 I tested this over a cloud instance in-house but somehow
the fragment is picking the OOTB template. Can you raise a support
ticket for this request? We can check with the product team if it's
possible or not.
@dtran2022 Yes, if you're using AEM Forms JEE, then the installers
highlighted by you should be installed subject to the case you're using
JBoss + windows. In case you're using any other application server then
download the relevant JEE patch, i.e, AEMForms-6.5.0-0052_xxxx_win.
@VickiIt I am assuming you're referring to a standalone OSGi instance
(instead of the JEE version of the product). Please DM your company name
and contact details- I will share the same with the sales rep to discuss
the next steps.
@srujan1981 I don't think there is a way to export the custom component
jar from the server (extracts go into the DB), but I can share the DB
table name that will hold information about this component if that
helps. I will DM the details in sometime.
@Seek_AEM Don't recall if there was a configuration OOTB to change the
file upload path, but you can write an OSGi service to store the form
attachments in a new location in the repository. Hope this helps. -
@coldwarsoldier This should help -
For a quick turnaround on this issue, I suggest you raise a ticket with
support and get the settings reviewed over a screen share.
@coldwarsoldier Multiple computer drives, so it's creating some
confusion 🙂 The new error msg looks a little off to me (e.g. - ....
server.dom.dom.com:636:636 ....- two ports?) unless it's a typo. Could
you enable the debug logs for "com.adobe.idp.um" package and share the
logs from the window of the test connection?
@coldwarsoldier I don't see any reason this test connection will fail as
the certificate was added successfully. Are you able to list the
certificate as well? A couple of quick checks: - Is the AEM Forms server
taking up the OOTB Java home under AEM Forms directory or something
else? Usually it's under . - I see that the
certificate was picked from a different directory (C: and D:) and the
certificate name has spaces (although you have given the path in
quotes). Do list the certificate to cro...
