@phantomsalt You should be able to review the request Form data using the browser devtool at the time of form submission to data model. Also, you can capture debug level logs for the packages com.adobe.aemfd.dermis and com.adobe.aem.dermis to get additional logging to troubleshoot FDM related issues.Hope this helps!

@juanrafaelmaldo Are you submitting the form to a servlet? OOTB form submission will trigger requests with jcr:content only:POST /content/forms/af/.../jcr:content/guideContainer.af.internalsubmit.jspPOST /content/forms/af/.../jcr:content/guideContainer.af.submit.jsp Namespace mangling [0] is enabled by default so configuration shouldn't be an issue. Are you using dispatcher with the set-up? Or is it not working OOTB? Please elaborate the use-case. [0] - http://sling.apache.org/documentation/the-...

@imtillu Seems to be an issue while generating Document of Record so please check if the settings for all the components in the associated Adaptive Form are configured correctly, e.g- checkbox items are set etc.Alternately, you may review the Key considerations when working with document of record Hope this helps!

Right @SeanLapointe ! I meant the URL specific to AEM Forms 6.4 is also broken. I will let you know once these URLs are fixed.

Thanks for raising this concern, @SeanLapointe !I have reached out to documentation team to help fix this URL, as ideally, document[0] for AEM Forms 6.4 should be live atleast. We will let you know once this document URL is fixed. [0] - https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-4/forms/calvin-sdk-javascript-api/index.html

@Leena_1 Well i have limited hands-on experience with Livecycle ES4 but based on my experience with other customers that are migrating the form template should work as expected with the latest. You may refer to the helpdoc[0] for more information on various ways how to migrate form assets ONLY (ignore the JEE aspect) as packages to AEM Forms 6.x, based on use-cases.In case you need dedicated or quick help over a call to understand the process, please feel free to raise a support ticket with us. ...

@Leena_1 Thanks for clarifying! If the purpose of identifying the location is to take backup of the templates then you can take one from the client directly otherwise from the server. Again, what is the usecase implementation, how are you using Forms templates - with workbench or standalone?

@ReluctantProgrammer Seems like there is a conflict while assigning the value to the field "headFtExistingMain10" as the value expected is float but some other js within the form is assigning a boolean value to this field"Illegal value: cannot assign 'True' to xfa[0].form[0].form1[0]0.page1[0].table1[0].row5[0]0.headwaterExistingMain10[0].#value[0].#float[0]." @Leena_1 There are multiple ways to leverage form templates with AEM Forms 6.x and ES4.When you upload the form template via Forms UI[0], the form is stored under the crx node structure. Similarly, whenever you use form template in any service invocation then the form template is stored as cache under the service's tmp folder of the application server. If you could elaborate, how you are using Form templates then we can advise on the form persistence.But the questions is why do you want to acces...

@triciab48168164 There are multiple checkpoints that you can troubleshoot to mitigate this issue, please re-check the below mentioned:1. Firstly, check if the Livecycle client SDK is configured correctly (under /lc/system/console/configMgr) with the server url and password (in case of any changes in default). 2. Check if correct hostname and port are configured under following configurations :-.2.1. -Dcom.adobe.livecycle.crx.integration.url2.2. ContentRepositoryConnector under adminui services (...

@nowackem To implement this use case, you can set value a couple of proxy/hidden fields [0] on the form to rounded field value(s) and then add the value of these fields to be displayed as output. You may have to check which event will execute the sum operation script for the result field. [0] - presence = "hidden";

@islandgirl23 This is not the case with OOTB grouped Radio button objects, it works as expected with both PDF and HTML preview. You can test the same with a sample form.You may have to check if some js applied on an event in the form that could have caused this issue.

@kdenso01 There are multiple options to store PDF Form data in the database using different service operations - Form Data Integration or Handling data submitted from a form.But if you are using Adaptive forms now, a JDBC data source can be used to directly store the data into the database- Storing Adaptive Form Submissions in Database Hope this helps.

@srujan816 Actually the browser is still considering the "admin" user credentials and routing to /lc/aem/start.html page. Please try another browser(example - IE) and enter the right credentials i.e "administrator" user or a user with equivalent permissions.

@srujan816 Can you clear the cache/cookies from the browser and try to re-login as "administrator"?We usually see this error when the browser caches the "admin" user credentials from login(s) to crx URLs while the workspace expects "administrator" or a user with equivalent permissions.

@crich2784 Do you see the new workflow under /conf/global/settings/workflow/models/ node path?For creating a workflow package you need to add the filter : /conf/global/settings/workflow/models/workflowName and then make sure the workflow is synced from the models list on the new instance. For creating a forms package you need to add the filter : /content/dam/formsanddocuments/formName and /content/forms/af/formName. You will find these two filters added in the "downloaded" adaptive form package ...

@Gotterkraft Ideally, when you set the form objects as Required i.e "Type: User entered required" in a PDF Form then ideally, the user won't be able to submit the form without filling the required fields. In your case, if this is a requirement then you can put your validation code[0] on preSave event to warn the user that the form is not complete. Please be informed that this may just notify them if there are any missing fields, not stop them from saving.Just another tip, all required fields are...

@Shaji_KGL Watermarking and page content consider an alternation attribute ONLY in a DDX i.e apply to all pages or to alternating pages (all odd or even pages) in a source document. You may add a blank page with a watermark as the first page OR use the first page as a separate input doc with the watermark applied to the same. This is for testing purpose OR This is for testing purpose

@Gotterkraft In the case of a PDF form, you can apply a validation pattern or script to each check boxes and drop downs as per your requirement and then configure how Acrobat will display the validation error message box.
