Is it based on a timeframe(like last 10 days). Is it event based? Do you have any TTL setup on your experience event schema?

Hi @JeanBaro_ - How is data getting ingested in AEP? Are you just using ECID as a primary id in your schema? Don't you have something like a CRM ID or a customer unique id when the customer logs in.

Hi @sarah0912 - On what criteria is segment created? Is it timestamp based (for example in last 24 or 72 hours). It might be possible that the audience size was different before and is different now because of timestamp based condition.
