Marketo Destination Issue

Hello, 
Currently, I'm using the Marketo Engage(V2) Connector to export an audience to Marketo, but the audience only has 5 people, while Marketo received a list with 17 people.

Aside from that, the data flow shows 6 profiles received and 20 identities activated, which doesn’t seem to help much in understanding the discrepancy between the numbers on both sides.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and how do you interpret the reason for the discrepancy between the audience numbers on both sides?

Hi @sarah0912  - On what criteria is segment created? Is it timestamp based (for example in last 24 or 72 hours). It might be possible that the audience size was different before and is different now because of timestamp based condition.
