Yeah...that's an unfortunate thing. I wasn't able to remove them.I tried the using segments within the value_if_false part to remove the pages, but didn't work. The best that can be done is to use the setting to show zeroes as blanks. Would help if there was a setting for not showing dimension value...

thinking about this...the formula is to show the number if it is greater than 3000.Since the total is greater than 3000, it is showing up.
