Totally forgot about this. I tested, this and yes, it is sending out as you have mentioned. The workaround I found was to create a pivot table and form the exact same table through it. Keep this as the first tab in the workbook and schedule this as a CSV.Worked for me!

If you are using FTP export option, you can connect to that server via SFTP and get the files.

What kind of steps are you looking for? I don't know about Marketo, but could answer about Adobe Analytics API.

Have you added the processing rules for the marketing channels?if the setup is already present, and you simply want to see the report, you can apply the segment for google referrer and run the marketing channel reports.
