Leo, the other thread is focussed on iOS. Your behavior is very odd. I think you should open a case with our support team so that your project and account details are captured and can be tracked.

We don't know exactly what will happen but are in the process of auditing all the calls we make (they all appear to be HTTPS), as well as working through testing with the beta. We will have more details once we have completed our testing.Also, as with past iOS betas, if you have access to them we suggest you take some time to evaluate your own apps on them.

How big are the .article files that you are creating? The app maintains a 750MB cache. If the app hits that limit it will free up some space to make room for more space. If you are seeing this with videos and other interactive content it's possible that limit is being hit.

Leo, any article content that is not explicitly downloaded by the user can be purged from the application. Was this content explicitly downloaded, and then at some point it was all purged from the device? Or is this only an issue when the user is offline?There was a bug fix in March that addressed accessing downloaded content while offline. I'm not really sure what's going on here. I asked some colleagues about this to see if there's some other way to resolve it.Regarding the issue that was fixed, which issue are you referring to? I looked at the bug fix notes and didn't see anything about hidden content (or "phantom" in this case).

Thanks Steve for sharing the details. I have shared the post with some other folks to explain the differences or to see if there's a bug. It occurred to me that perhaps there's some timing involved from when you make the changes to when they appear in the app; but, then again, if you are getting expected behavior on Android and Web Viewer that wouldn't seem the case.

tommy, try tapping into the collection, then tapping back out.I know if a bug that the team is looking into where collection card images are immediately updating. That may be what you are experiencing.
