The issue has been resolved in latest version of AEM. Validated on AEM as a Cloud Service

We should be able to add component to iparsys in Editable templates, once we have allowed components via policy. 

There is no OOTB functionality to Archive pages and move to a separate location (Archive Section). However, one can use OOTB Manager Publication to schedule unpublish for pages at a specific time.  

The issue is no longer reproducible in latest versions of AEM. Validated on AEM 6.5
