hey arun, i have the same issue, using the SWF you linked.  when a client connects in windows, there is no echo cancellation happening, there is full feedback.  when both clients are connected in OSX, aec works perfectly fine.windows XP, ie6 and firefox 4.1 (with flash player 10.3 release candidate)...
