We have seen the same delay for mboxes inserted via DTM, about 3-5 seconds. We ended up using Jquery/swizzle via the global mbox to speed things up, however it is great to know the option for using Sequential HTML to introduce an mbox(create) into the page. Thanks!

Right now the marketing cloud "Customer Portal UI" is down again. Most products can still be accessed via the Legacy Product Logins. However, Adobe Target Standard is inaccessible when the cloud portal is down and there is no legacy login or workaround for accessing it. This means that a considerable amount of highly visible content showing on our site (including always-on Automated Personalization shown to all visitors) cannot be modified, leaving us exposed when we have important/timely promot...

Thanks, but it's not clear to me whether that help text means Target Standard and Premium only support IE10 or higher for experience authoring (VEC) or for live experience delivery (end users). Could you please clarify? Also, please clarify if this change in browser support occurred on 5/21 as part of the latest Target release, or if it might have been introduced in the latest mbox.js release (version 57) or if if it actually occurred earlier and we just didn't notice that IE8 experiences were n...

it appears that 4.6% of visitors qualifying for the Target campaign have IE8.

Note that the issue is with the experiences rendering in IE8 for end users. We are not using IE to author experiences with the Visual Experience Composer.

Just noticed that none of our Target Standard experiences are rendering in IE8. Other browsers are fine. With so many updates to the Visual Experience Composer within the 4/28 Target release, might IE8 compatibility have been lost?

We have invited 15 global users to the Marketing Cloud and provisioned them with access to Adobe Target Standard. Several have accepted the invitation, created a login, and successfully logged in to Target Standard. Once they successfully logged in, we upgraded their access rights in Standard (under Setup / Users) from Observer (the default) to Approver. Unfortunately, none of these users (who are located in Korea and Singapore) can see any activities listed under Activities when they log into T...
