If you had a previous version of Acrobat that came bundled with the
LiveCycle Designer you are entitled to a free upgrade. Information on
how to obtain the free upgrade is available here -

Dear LCCS Customer, The previously announced shutdown date of December
31, 2012 for LCCS has now been extended to February 15th, 2013. Existing
LCCS customers can continue to use the LCCS service until that time.
This extension is in order to provide more time for everyone to ensure
the smoothest possible transition from LCCS to the new Influxis
Collaboration Service (ICS) offering based on Adobe’s LiveCycle

There is no change in the Acrobat 11 EULA with respect to the limit on
submtting Reader Extended forms.You can find the Acrobat 11 EULA here -
16.8.3 is the relevant section. Essentially you cannot extract
information from more that 500 copies of a form OR distribute a form to
more than 500 recipients (without limits on the number of times you can
extracti data from forms submitted by those reciepents).
