  • How is the launch hosted is it akamai adapter you are using?  If so, do you see the assets.adobedtm.com network requests firing in your developer tools?  Also, in the web console in the dev tools, try _satellite.setDebug(true);  Once done, you refresh the page, and it should list off everything laun...

  • Hi Jacob,If you look on that doc, the JWT should be very short lived.  See the Exp recommendation: Required. The expiration parameter is a required parameter measuring the absolute time since 01/01/1970 GMT. You must ensure that the expiration time is later than the time of issue. After this time, t...

  • Hi Robert,To reference a data element you need to wrap it in % symbols, so in your example you would put in %Distributor Portal Account Name%.Check out this Doc, it should auto populate from the list of data elements that are in the system: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/dtm/using/resources/...

  • Hi Robert,Yep, that's exactly what you would want to do.  You could to it in the extension as a global variable, aka choose two evar and set them to the data elements grabbing the values.  Or do it form within the rule itself.  (Rule is more localized if you don't want it on everything including lin...

  • Hi Robert W. It really depends, capturing in DTM doesn't really do you any good unless you pass that into a tool that can capture and report on the values like Adobe Analytics to Google Analytics etc.  If you are setting like an Adobe Analytics eVar to these data elements then yes you could run Adob...

  • Hi Manik,There's an expiration option for an evar to expire on an event.  You could set a specific event on that page which would expire the evar.  The downside to that is, if they don't see that page, then the evar will keep persisting.  Just something to consider. I hope that helps,Seth

  • Hello,You will need to have one of the admins of your organization go into the Admin Console (adminconsole.adobe.com) and add you to a launch product profile that has permissions.  Check out this documentation for Launch specific permissions: User permissions  I hope that helps,Seth

  • Hi davidw50065164,Good points, the oauth integration uses the users permissions that you authenticate with.  So, when you hit the oauth it will prompt you to follow the login workflow.  You will need to make sure that your user that you logged in with is a user in that profile that you showed in the...

  • Hi Davidw50065164,My initial suggestion would be that your adobe.io integration doesn't have proper permissions or is a part of a product profile in Admin Console that has the proper permissions.  In Admin Console if you are a product admin or system admin.  In an Analytics product profile, you need...

  • In Workspace you can add in some free text as a visualization or panel type.  Which can help explain what's going on.  Same with Dashboards.  Regular reports do have a note section at the bottom.  I believe you need to be an admin to add notes though to regular reports.  I hope that helps,Seth
