To add to what Donald stated, unlike the Data loading (file) activity, which can push a local file to the server, you don't have the option with Data extraction to download the file to your local machine. You would need to set up FTP or have direct access to the server.

There is not an uninstall feature. You would need to either rollback to a backup of the system or (very carefully in consultation with support) remove the associated configurations, tables and forms being aware of dependencies. Linda

The Data Management options are much more limited in a web application workflow than in a Campaign workflow. Can you provide screen shots of what you have implemented?
