Hi David,If you have a hybrid setup (on-prem MKT and Hosted Mid ) then yes. The file entry needs to be deleted from the Mid server in this case.Do raise a support ticket referring to this forum in this case for us to action this.Also , since this is a Regression bug in this build the long term solution is to upgrade the build to avoid future recurrences.Regards,Adhiyan

Hi Nagendra, David,This looks to be already reported and fixed bug in the product . Fixed in versions 8981 and above.The problem here is that the tracking workflow is trying to update a tacking entry for a recipient who might have clicked on a link after the broadLogs are purged for the delivery (say after 6 months ) . The tracking workflow tries to insert this record in the trackingLogRcp table and fails as it does not find a corresponding delivery Log.What I can think of as a remediation step ...

Hi Anumol,When you are waiting overnight with the delivery in the pending confirmation state , the database cleanup workflow which executes at 4AM by default may be is wiping off the temp tables associated with the delivery.The cleanup script details are given in the doc here : Database cleanup workflow If the deliveries are using mid-sourcing and the state is start pending , then it deletes the linked information.This is very likely what's happening in your case.Can you please do the two tests ...

Hi Sourav,If I understand correctly you want to separate the actual open logs vs the open logs resulting from opening of mirror page.If this is right , you can rely on the logDate to see if the open timestamp came before or after the mirror page opening.if the open is before the mirror page click , then it's actual open and if it's after / at the same time of the mirror link opening then assume it to be from the mirror page.Regards,Adhiyan

Hello Andro,The demdex call is responsible for generating the registration token in Adobe and since you are getting an error on that step , it could explain the problem.Ideally , after the dpm.demdex.net call should be followed by :https://play.googleapis.com if this is not happening , then I guess this hostname is not known in google ecosystem and hence the demdex call is not successful.Probably the app developer can help you in debugging why the demdex call is not working and transferring data...

Hi Manoj,Just looking at the logs shared , it looks like the workflow finishes after the subworkflow activity and then tries to start again.The log from the JS code activity is not present in the logs.That could be the reason of throwing the error.also , I am not clear in which scenario it works fine as per the statement :" if i am using the activities from sub workflows in master workflow then everything works fine"Regards,Adhiyan

Hello ,CC/Bcc different emails for different deliveries are not possible per the current architecture.We have an option to use one email ID ( can be a individual ID or DL ) but not separate Emails .So the use case here cannot be addressed in the current setup.Regards,Adhiyan

Hello ,This error simply means that the instance you are importing the package into already has a delivery with primary key = 39594402.So there are two solutions :1>. Delete the delivery with primary key = 39594402 if it's not required in the instance the package is imported into2>. Change the contents of the XML package to update the delivery ID to some value which does not exist as a key in the nms:delivery table in the instance the package is imported into .Regards,Adhiyan

Hi Salvatore,Usually the storage dimensions are same as in the OOB target mapping .You may not need to add any additional fields if not required.So I suggest , use the OOB schemas for message and tracking logs but keep the additional fields section empty.Regards,Adhiyan

Hi Salvatore,Yes this is possible by changing the target mapping.You should target the nmsAppSubscriptionRcp table directly instead of creating a Join with the recipient table.So the new mapping would look like : As opposed to the OOB Mapping of :For the second point, I think this is possible as I see implementations with extended app subscription fields already present with data being fed into that table.Regards,Adhiyan

Very well explained indeed Jon.We generally follow the 3rd procedure of having root+neolane in one group.davidl14970702 - When you try to connect to the sftp from a workflow , it's actually the neolane user who sends the signal to sftp and not the admin user.So even when you have admin rights you get access denied on the sftp directories.Regards,Adhiyan

Hello Murali,It won't work if you publish the image. We had couple of issues like this before and the only way to change the image in the form template is to upload it on the server physically.You need to copy the image you are using to the directory :\datakit\xtk\eng\img\datakit\nms\eng\img or \datakit\xtk\fra\img on the app server\datakit\nms\eng\img and then use it with the namespace : name in the form template and it would work.You can upload it to the xtk or nms folder in the app server in
