Hi , You need to explicitly add the category for the deliveries synced from AEM. You can detect the URLs from the content editor in the delivery and then change the category from there. Regards,Adhiyan

Hi Felix, The message-ID is assigned by the campaign MTA while sending the message as an SMTP email header and is unique for each recipient. It is generated based on an algorithm which is present in the server side code. Hi Pradyumn, Did you try enrichment in this scenario. It should be possible to add the table B as a link and extract the columns.You should query the records of table A , then add a enrichment activity and add the data as a link for table B. In the enrichment , select add data and then select A link : In the next step , choose the table B and it would extract the columns from that table. Regards,Adhiyan

Hi Jordi, By default the web analytics connector appends two additional parameters in a tracked url in the emails from campaign. This are bid (broadLogId) and cid (Delivery internal name ) . Hi Salvatore,If the error message is meaningful , then I think manually adding the generic offer space folder as a sub-folder of the administration folder will help resolve the problem.Navigate to / Environment -recipient - Germany / Administration and right click and go to properties. Then go to sub-folders.See if this Generic Offer Spaces folder is present here.If not please add it or if present just delete and add it again.Regards,Adhiyan

Hello Salvatore,As wodnicki pointed out , the most common reason for this is a missing schema in the offer environment.In order to fix it , please check if the offer Design environment has a targeting dimension populated.You need to navigate to the Environment -recipient folder under the folder Offers - Design and then change the tab to environment from offers (which is the default view ) then check if the targeting dimension and call data schema are populated.Please find the screenshot for refe...

Hi Andy,I think creating a dedicated typology for this list based email delivery would work for you.In that typology , we can create a typology rule based on delivery logs for a delivery / campaign and see if a email was sent the day before and filter them out from the next days's email.Regards,Adhiyan

Hi David,If you have a hybrid setup (on-prem MKT and Hosted Mid ) then yes. Hi Nagendra, David,This looks to be already reported and fixed bug in the product . Fixed in versions 8981 and above.The problem here is that the tracking workflow is trying to update a tacking entry for a recipient who might have clicked on a link after the broadLogs are purged for the delivery (say after 6 months ) . The tracking workflow tries to insert this record in the trackingLogRcp table and fails as it does not find a corresponding delivery Log.What I can think of as a remediation step ...

Hi Anumol,When you are waiting overnight with the delivery in the pending confirmation state , the database cleanup workflow which executes at 4AM by default may be is wiping off the temp tables associated with the delivery.The cleanup script details are given in the doc here : Database cleanup workflow If the deliveries are using mid-sourcing and the state is start pending , then it deletes the linked information.This is very likely what's happening in your case.Can you please do the two tests ...

Hi Sourav,If I understand correctly you want to separate the actual open logs vs the open logs resulting from opening of mirror page.If this is right , you can rely on the logDate to see if the open timestamp came before or after the mirror page opening.if the open is before the mirror page click , then it's actual open and if it's after / at the same time of the mirror link opening then assume it to be from the mirror page.Regards,Adhiyan

Hello Andro,The demdex call is responsible for generating the registration token in Adobe and since you are getting an error on that step , it could explain the problem.Ideally , after the dpm.demdex.net call should be followed by :https://play.googleapis.com if this is not happening , then I guess this hostname is not known in google ecosystem and hence the demdex call is not successful.Probably the app developer can help you in debugging why the demdex call is not working and transferring data...

Hello Ram,Technically you can insert profile data into recipient table directly in the database and it will be visible in the nms:recipient schema from the console. Hello ,CC/Bcc different emails for different deliveries are not possible per the current architecture.We have an option to use one email ID ( can be a individual ID or DL ) but not separate Emails .So the use case here cannot be addressed in the current setup.Regards,Adhiyan
