Hi Pablo,It's entirely upto your business requirements.You can store data in the pre-defined folders if you have a single business unit . Hi bin,Here is what you can do.Add a query activity and filter the unsubscribers like :Query: no longer contact by email and action of History of service subscription equal to Unsubscription.Then we can add additional data and add the columns you want to extract . Hi Naveen,Campaign-API user would have worked as well . I believe you skipped this step :NOTE In AEM, be sure that you set the password for the campaign-remote user. You need to set this password to connect Adobe Campaign with AEM. Log in as administrator and in the user administration console, search for the campaign-remote user and click Set Password. Hi Naveen,It should be in C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Neolane\NL_5 .You can simply type %appdata% in the Run box and should land in Appdata/roaming folder . From there search for neolane and inside it the NL5 folder . there will be a file called nlclient_cnx.xml and several other .xml files. These XML files contain the Urls and cached preferences. You can either delete all the .xml files or just rename the NL5 folder and then install the console and all the preferences would be gone.Regards,Adhiya...

The attribute username is not OOTB in nms:recipient so we need to check how the structure is updated and many other things.It will be best if you can open a support ticket regarding this. Else , please share the workflow logs so that we can guide further.HINT : You can enable SQL logging to see the exact query being fired on Database and we can have some idea about where the data is getting lost.

Hi Rama,I think you probably should look at Integrating Campaign and Analytics as tracking in Campaign is limited to clicking on Links sent by you and does not capture if a Purchase was converted.If Analytics is integrated , the click in Campaign can be mapped to a Webpage in Analytics and then the whole journey can be tracked thereafter like , conversion or abandonment.

Hello ,You can query on the Recipient table with filtering condition like :" TrackingLogRcp does not Exist such as Url type=Open" AND "Date is on or after (current date-3). This should give you the recipients who have not opened emails in the last 3 days.Please find a screenshot for how the query should look like.

Hi Manish,The workflow "recovery of web events" runs every hour but if updates web events only once (can be verified from logs) and once the events are updated the activity called "triggering workflow" runs which triggers the workflows and deliveries hence it was run only once per day.For now this is the default behaviour and cannot be changed to update the frequency manually .

Hello Manish,There is an option under Administration >platform called NmsWebSegments_LastStates.In this you would see all the segments present . Remove the ones that you do not want. Save the optionCome back to the segments tab in the web Analytics external account and click update segments link. Now you should see only the segments which is present in the options and once you update them the segment which is not required will not show up.

Hello Manish,This error is coming since you have delivery with Primary key = 3651675 which is using this web Analyics account.Please remove the web analytics account from the delivery properties of this delivery by going to properties and then the web Analytics tab.If you are not able to remove it , then Deleting the delivery would resolve this.

This can be verified by checking the Home>monitoring tab and clicking on display beside installed packages. Please see attachment.The third problem is coming because of the type of field. If you change the type to string from date you would see the full name being displayed . But for date type field it truncates to the first word.
