Hi Anumol,Looking at the error it looks like the template/delivery you are trying to preview has been previously used in a workflow etc. The reason is the table "wkdlv_1666572_399fe" only comes when a delivery has been analyzed and is the name given to the temporary table created during delivery analysis. Now after the delivery analysis this table gets dropped and no longer available in the DB.Please make sure , you have not copied this delivery from another workflow and then trying to preview i...

Hi Ketan,There is an unzip utility called gunzip which can be installed in a linux server and then used to compress and decompress files in Adobe campaign.For example you can use gzip -filename to compress the file or gzip -d filename.gz to uncompress it.Please note that the gunzip utility needs to be present on the server and it will zip files in the .gz format and not.zip formatRegards,Adhiyan

Hello Clarence,The error simply means a string value is being passed into the delivery for a column of type=datetime .The delivery expects the column tsEvent to be of a known date format but it's being calculated as a string. May be the date format is not getting recognized or it's actually passing a string type value . It will be more clear if you can check the data by opening the transition just before the delivery and see what actual data is being fed to the deliveryRegards,Adhiyan

Hi Pablo,It's entirely upto your business requirements.You can store data in the pre-defined folders if you have a single business unit . Hi Naveen,Campaign-API user would have worked as well . I believe you skipped this step :NOTE In AEM, be sure that you set the password for the campaign-remote user. You need to set this password to connect Adobe Campaign with AEM. Log in as administrator and in the user administration console, search for the campaign-remote user and click Set Password. Hi Naveen,It should be in C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Neolane\NL_5 .You can simply type %appdata% in the Run box and should land in Appdata/roaming folder . From there search for neolane and inside it the NL5 folder . there will be a file called nlclient_cnx.xml and several other .xml files. These XML files contain the Urls and cached preferences. Hi Senthil,This will need a deeper look into the workflow design and schema details . The attribute username is not OOTB in nms:recipient so we need to check how the structure is updated and many other things.It will be best if you can open a support ticket regarding this. Else , please share the workflow logs so that we can guide further.HINT : You can enable SQL logging to see the exact query being fired on Database and we can have some idea about where the data is getting lost.

Hi Rama,I think you probably should look at Integrating Campaign and Analytics as tracking in Campaign is limited to clicking on Links sent by you and does not capture if a Purchase was converted.If Analytics is integrated , the click in Campaign can be mapped to a Webpage in Analytics and then the whole journey can be tracked thereafter like , conversion or abandonment.

Hello ,You can query on the Recipient table with filtering condition like :" TrackingLogRcp does not Exist such as Url type=Open" AND "Date is on or after (current date-3). This should give you the recipients who have not opened emails in the last 3 days.Please find a screenshot for how the query should look like.
