Hi @MichaelSMN brilliant find. I can replicate this. I even tried IF($$BEFORE_STATE.{percentComplete}!=$$AFTER_STATE.{percentComplete} .... and it still didn't fire. I would create a ticket - looks like a bug to me, as if the "Done" action doesn't raise the business rules.

Hi @amazingjameso  So Fusion doesn't generate what you need: a unique "index" or reference. Workfront does generate a referenceID on each object - you could concatenate that plus e.g. timestamp of entryDate - that ought to be fairly unique? 

Got it to {project}.{description} will work - you can reference any built-in fields and all custom fields. 

Yep that part i get - you're setting the calculated field to the value of a custom field on the project.  Maybe I'm misunderstanding - what are you trying to do with this: {description}={project}.{DE:CS - MAKE - Query - Description}

Hi @GeraintJo  You can't use a calculated field to SET another field. Calculated fields just - calculate the expression and present it on page. If you truly muust COPY the value of DE:CS - MAKE - Query - Description into the built-in Description field you'd need to use Fusion or the API.
