  • Hi Jennifer - I'm not clear on your use case. There's nothing wrong with reporting on assignments (maybe grouping them by task or issue) - help me understand how the report filtering relates to the OP's question about editing assignments?

  • Hi @dcshanno I had a case where I needed to figure out exactly where each field was being used - I ended up creating a Fusion scenario for that. The main question is: is the field in use at all. If it's not - easy. So any field that is not associated with a form = safe to remove. The fields that ARE ...

  • Hi @ThomasNe2    To edit assignments you'd need to be in a task/issue report and show the Assignments column. You cannot edit assignments (even though you can report on them)    I *think* architecturally, this is because an assingment is a "connecting object" between a task/issue and a user/team/rol...

  • Take a look -  - report (after submission) - calc field as an "alert" on the form - custom field validation on the form   https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/limiting-character-count-in-text-field/m-p/738164 https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-...

  • I don't see how to do that with a calculated field. But - maybe you can use priority field and then an external lookup field that takes this priority value and uses Fusion to to the lookup - which you can have looking at the schedule, or even hard-coding the holidays.

  • Moved to Workfront Fusion Questions   When you look at a doc version in Workfront, the download link is    .......................my.workfront.adobe.com/internal/document/download?versionID=67cb73c.......fcf249b&ID=67cb73.....e1e225b1   Try that with a custom API call to get the session, then a HTTP...

  • I get it, but Fusion can't do it.   Can you have the place where the image lives do the processing? Fusion could hit an endpoint with the image identifier and get the meta data back.

  • Hi @SethStaley By definition a "descriptive text field" is not actually a "field" - it has no value and therefore you can't reference it with {DE:asdasd} and print out the text. The descText means "put this chunk of text on the page and if there's a link, make it clickable. That's all it does.   How...

  • Hi @DerekSu1  The "schedules" are exactly for that - letting WF know which are work-days and non-work-days. Would definitely recommend using those.  Due dates are calculated by Workfront based on predecessors and constraints - it's out of box and I would recommend looking at your use case to see how...
