Hi Team, I would like to understand how the Item Based criteria works. Is it supposed to return all the items from catalog based on recommendation key? I am passing a value of a product from the catalog that has same value to the other products, is it supposed to return all the products that matches...

We could see the data in user.endpoint.lastViewedEntity and user.endpoint.mostViewedEntity. However, we do not see the data returning back in the criteria recommendations. RegardsDivya Shankar

We have an activity with criteria recommend for you. Have enabled the back up recommendations as well.  However the backup recommendation is not returning any data for any new session created.  Any help would be appreciated.
