Dynamic promoted products are not shown in the front promotion

Hi Team,

We want to promote certain offers using front promotions. However this has to be dynamic based on the region. Hence I tried promoting the offers using the profile attribute matching criteria. This does not seem to be working as expected. A sample format of code created in profile script

I would like promote these offers using front promotion in the recommendation recipe.

Tested this using postman, but however this did not seem to be working. Please guide on right way to create comma separated values in the profile script.
