  • I like this idea! We do the same, even put notes in the "name" of the field to note that it's a governance field or don't make changes but like you say above, it's still subject to human error. Actually locking it would be helpful.

  • Hi @Kasey-Gagne - Are you trying to report on the request queue as a whole? If so, you could just pull in Project > ID = "Request Queue Name" and see everything. Other than that, there isn't really a way to report on Topic Group, but rather you can mostly report on Queue Topic > ID. Other options, d...

  • Hi @BrianHu5 - I've also been getting errors with the requests sections and drafts. I would consider contacting Customer Support and logging a ticket so they're aware https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/basics/tips-tricks-for-basics/contact-customer-support

  • Hi @MattWindsor - So, there's not much room for customization in the Workload Balancer outside of the options in settings within the tool (which only has project status, unfortunately). Maybe post an Idea for this?

  • Hi @ShawnFl - We usually accomplish this through a custom form dropdown on the request (rejection/cancellation reason, sub-status, etc.). We usually put this in a "Team Name Only" section so everyone knows who is supposed to be updating the fields too.

  • Hi @kayleeric7 - What if instead of tracking it based on a note on the issue you add a custom form field (either via a whole new form attached, or possibly just a field on the existing) and then report based on whether or not that is checked? Just an idea since it sounds like what you're going for w...

  • Thanks for the traction on this one @MoniqueEvans!    We ended up doing a dashboard (Document Summary) on the project-level that lists the document name, other relevant details, and the folder name (via collection text mode) of the folder it's in on the task. Definitely a training curve to get users...

  • Hi @ShannonBo - You might want to start with checking out the "Value Realization | Core Value Dashboard" in the Blueprints section of Workfront to see if there are any starter reports that would match your needs. Depending on your type of work the "Value Realization | Deliver Client-Facing Services ...

  • Hi @KatherineLa - We've had this same problem occur, but maybe not as frequently as you're describing. Agree with your point above that it is almost impossible to provide proof too because the audit logs don't keep a record of the change. What we did to provide that it was happening to Workfront Sup...

  • Hi @thonewton - Correct, unfortunately there isn't a way to show schedule holidays on the personal time off calendar. You're also spot on in the best workaround, which is creating a calendar and showing both user time off and schedule holidays.
