Hi @Rohit_Utreja , I have run the same yaml script on Dev without any issue but when I am running it on stage it is causing this issue. I suspect permissions issue on Stage.However I recheck my yaml file and I don't find any syntax issue in it. Any other solution would be appreciated. Thanks,SDDebates

Hi @Sachin_Arora_ , Thanks for your suggestion! its really good OOTB feature that I never saw. Unfortunately, I found other solution by deleting /var/workflow/instances path and then created a blank instances path package and installed on the server. This resolved issue for me.
