Hello, curious to know if others are using their request queue as a way to gather all the details needed to run a program (campaign) and then using Fusion to automate the process so that based off what the user selects, a program and their projects are auto-generated?  

Yes it would involve a lot of training!  We currently have Placeholder programs built through Automation.  I will check with the team to see if they can create automated projects.  I wonder if the Requester could still submit their request as normal and then it gets auto-converted to a project with ...

Agree! No one seems to really understand resource pools and how to use them. Definitely should be a topic of discussion.  Even when I speak to Workfront representatives, it seems they don't really use it either, so not sure what it's intended purpose is.
