Does anyone use their request queue as a way to automate the program and project build?

Hello, curious to know if others are using their request queue as a way to gather all the details needed to run a program (campaign) and then using Fusion to automate the process so that based off what the user selects, a program and their projects are auto-generated?

absolutely - that's a very common use case for Fusion automation. The "request" is the brief form, and based on the inputs, we create program/projects.
