Task view custom column to show red when 'Default Baseline Task >> Planned Hours' < 'Planned Hours'

EricSa7, this is somewhat a complicated ask but is doable.  This link, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/text-mode/compare-fields-conditional-formatting, shows how you can use the Advance Options area of reporting to setup a rule for the conditional formatting then switching to textmode to incorporate the other date field for comparison.
