Hi,We came to know that there is no id sync placed on our logged-in site.  However, we have a data source that has cross-device as data type and we are still getting data on that data source.  There is no trace of DIL code on the site either.  Do any of you know how this might be possible?Thanks

If we change that on the AAM UI, would that break anything in general?  Also, if the integration code is not matching the ID sync code, how are we still seeing data when we onboard CRM into the data source and when we segment using PMR Last Authenticated?  Should it not having any data at all?

HI @Anil_Umachigi, We were told to use query services to filter out logged in users and remove any junk data coming in.  We will check the bot side of things, but has anyone come across this scenario before. Thanks
