Ability to search the comments (within a single proof) if you are looking for, with one word or phrase. Especially if the list of comments is very long it would be nice to be able to try to find the one comment you’re looking for without having to scroll through all comments.

A previous application assigned users to a department and then a color to that department. It was very easy to see if the comment came from someone in Proofreading, Account, Legal, etc

Include all pending approvals for a reviewer at the bottom of every email notification. Meaning, if I got a New Proof email for document ABC, the bottom would show that document 123 was late and document 987 is due in less than 24 hours. I could then click the hyperlink and go to the proof.

Ability to re-name the proof upon uploading (rather than after)

Ability to see native file name in the proof’s meta data for each version

Ability to save default preferences (colors, comment views, etc) to a user’s profile. For e.g., if I change the comment view to “single comment” ‚Äì this should be the default view for all proofs I open.

Ability to hold “you’ve been tagged in a comment” notifications until a decision is made and then send all comments to the person/people in just one ‚Äòdigest’ email
