Proofing - color code comments by department

A previous application assigned users to a department and then a color to that department. It was very easy to see if the comment came from someone in Proofreading, Account, Legal, etc

Just to add-on, we know in the stand alone version a user can assign themselves a color in their own profile. However, in the integrated version, there is no way for the user to do this in Workfront (we can't have them log into ProofHQ because of a security issues) or for us as system admins to update this on their profile for them.
