One of the things which would make Workfront's API even better is if it provided links for the next page of results. This would allow it to be more easily used with other tools such as Azure Data Factory where you can configure pagination settings to use these links to get the next pages of results...

  • Hi Narayan, In the end I realised that I had an error in an IF statement and this was preventing the data from showing because I already had the rest correct :D Your info was right for people running a task report. It might be worth adding another example for others who are referencing task successo...

  • Thanks Stephen - I'm actually talking about exports from reports or project/task lists etc. Good to know there's at least some limited controls regarding proofs. David Cornwell

  • Hi Tina, There's a few threads on this topic...try searching for PTO (Paid Time Off). This is an area where Workfront is very lacking and this topic comes up a lot. There's two main camps in the user community: Those who use PTO the way it is and put up with the lack of easy ways to view / adminis...

For example, the following successfully shows the name of the successor tasks. I just can't work out how to show custom data from the same task: listdelimiter...

  • Thanks Narayan - I can already get it to work for the successor task name (or other standard fields) but not custom data. Not sure if it is a limitation of the fact I'm accessing a collection on a referenced object (Task) from an Assignment report. David Cornwell

  • Thanks Doug, but unfortunately that doesn't work for me. I wonder if @Melinda Layten has a lightning bolt of insight on how I can get at the custom data on a referenced collection of successors? David Cornwell

  • OK - I'm pretty sure that I've asked this before but I just can't find any notes on this. The following collection works fine on an assignment report to give me the name of the successors task/s. listdelimiter= listmethod=nested(task.successors).lists name=Successor Task shortview=false textmode=tr...
