Interesting... I had to recreate layout templates because they "disappeared" or stopped functioning as we migrated to NWE. Maybe there was a cut-off period from when WF stopped supporting the layout template transition and ours were created in classic after that transitionary period?

If they were created in "Classic", you will need to re-create the layout template (Setup --> Interface --> Layout Templates) in the New Workfront Experience and assign it to the user. I downloaded the Workfront App for teams and I love it, but I have a question... Is there a way I can have the app show Requests or Work that is assigned to me like I see My Submitted Requests on the requests tab?
