Can you adjust the assignee's allocation in a task so you can assign 2 people to one task and have the work divided the way I want it- i.e Art director- 5%- Designer 95%. I want both to be aware of the timelines and due dates but don't have to have individual tasks.

We need to see more than just 2 months in the calendar gnatt chart- so we have a better picture of work load- would love to see the whole year!

I would like to look at all my projects for the year in one view- see where they overlap- where my resources will need a boost- .... The gnatt chart only lets me see 2 months at a time- Can we get that opened up to see 12 months at a time??
