I guess you could just treat them the same, at the end of the day they are tasks. The difference is how they are grouped and displayed. The main difference here is if you are using agile scrum - an iteration will mess with your timeline in a waterfall project. Miranda Rais

Hi Kundan, You could also do one task and then attach a task custom form with a checkbox of items that must be ticked off? Same as Anthony's idea, just with a custom form you could pull into a task report to check that all items have actually been checked off....just an idea.... Miranda Rais
